Worldwork is a particular way of engaging in interaction, rooted in Processwork. It is used to hold space for essential dialogue and to address the impact of structural discrimination dynamics -such as racism, patriarchy or heteronormativity, raising awareness of daily experiences of inequity.
A "worldwork conversation" can make major transformations happen, especially for those who's voices tend to get marginalized in meetings or group sessions.

From this perspective, we can help you to avoid the usual traps of dominant power dynamics, by adapting or adding small but significant steps in the process you have already designed.
