Practicing inner work creates a solid foundation for personal and social change, and the effect is even stronger when we practice in a group. We guide you through a unique individual experience and invite -never oblige- everyone to share experiences afterwards, accessing our collective inspiration.

Our groups have minimum 4 and maximum 8 participants, and you can register for a series of 4 sessions in a period of 2 months. The 2025 autumn series will be starting in the second half of October, opening for registration in September.
